Richard and Rhian tied the knot at the Thistle Hotel at Brands Hatch, holding both the service and reception there. A fantastic location, literally at the entrance to the racetrack itself in West Kingsdown, Kent. Brands Hatch is the historic home of the British Grand Prix and would attract visitors from all over the UK in its heyday. The weather was nothing short of perfect, very warm and only a few clouds in the sky. The bridal bouquets were beautiful and quite unusual as they featured daffodils.
The hotel itself doesn’t have acres of grounds but there is a woodland area very close by and as luck would have it, the bluebells were out in force! This made for a fantastic backdrop for the bridal portraits.
After the wedding breakfast we ventured out again to take some sunset shots, the weather was really on our side so we thought we would make the most if it.
Here are a few images from the day, I hope you enjoy looking at them.
